Maximum Sizes
The largest machine chamber
measures 250 x 250 x 350 mm.
After taking into account the bolt holes and build plate height, as shown on the left, the maximum build volume is approximately 240 x 240 x 330 mm.
A key benefit of additive manufacturing is light weighting. Therefore, a maximum wall thickness of 50 mm is recommended to reduce mass.
Minumum Sizes
On the other end of the spectrum, the smallest feature we can build is governed by the size of weld pool created by the laser. The table below is a general guide to the minimum dimensions achievable by our laser powder bed fusion technology.

Achievable Tolerances
For dimensions less than 50 mm, we can confidently achieve ± 0.15 mm and for dimensions greater than 50 mm, the tolerances are ± 0.25 mm.
